T-Mobile & Metro by T-Mobile Customers via T-Mobile Tuesdays in the T Life App: Download the T Life App for free on iOS or Android from iTunes or Google Play. New Participants must register in the App and accept the Terms & Conditions. Enter a valid T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile phone number during registration. Receive an SMS text with a confirmation code and enter it into the App. Confirm the phone number to reveal a confirmation screen, validating the Participant. Already registered Participants can open the App without re-verification.

To enter for a chance to win a prize, participants should tap “Play Now” and try to tap matching cards in order to create pairs. If a Participant is successful in matching five pairs, they will receive one entry.
