If you have received an invitation card to enter in the J.D. Power’s 2014 Pooled Auto Study Sweepstakes, then just head over to Jdpoweronline.com/usebs2014, and follow the on-screen instructions to take part in the survey to win $100,000 cash prize from JD Power. In the survey, you can give your feedback regarding your vehicle quality and the customer service of your vehicle dealer.

Limit: One entry is allowed per person per offer, regardless of way of entry. Entrant should be reached at the age of majority (18 except in the state of AL 19, MS 21, and NE 19) in the state they reside at the time of entry.

Three different ways are offered to enter in the survey sweeps, so follow whichever is most convenient for you.

Enter the eight-digit code found under the web address on your invitation/reminder letter. Then, answer a list of survey questions about your new vehicle. 2, If you receive the survey in the mail, you can enter by following the instructions to complete the survey and return it in the postage-paid envelope provided. Your survey/entry should be postmarked between the survey sweeps entry period and received by January 6, 2015 to be eligible for a sweepstakes mail entry.

3, To enter Sweepstakes without completing the survey, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number and email address (optional) to: 2014 Pooled Auto Study Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 9308, Medford, NY 11763-9308.

One grand prize winner will be awarded $100,000 in the form of a corporate check payable in the name of the winner.
