Limit

The eligible entrants should be 18 years or older at the time of entry. There is a limit of 1 entry per person per day. This sweepstakes is not available to residents of Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and Washington.

How to Enter

To enter, complete only one of the following five options:

1. Visit petinsurance.com/partyanimalsweepstakes and complete a quote for pet insurance, provide your email address, select a pet insurance plan, and click “Next” to complete the quote process and be eligible to enter.
2. Follow the link in the promotional email provided by your participating insurance agent and complete a quote for pet insurance. You must provide your email address, select a pet insurance plan, and click “Next” to complete the quote process and be eligible to enter.
3. Follow the link in the promotional email provided by your participating veterinary practice to access the sweepstakes landing page and complete a quote for pet insurance.
4. Follow the link in the promotional email provided by your participating pet insurance voluntary benefit provider during the Promotion Period to access the sweepstakes landing page and provide your email address to start a quote. Use the search tool to locate your participating pet insurance voluntary benefit provider and complete a quote for pet insurance.
5. Log in to your Nationwide pet insurance member portal at my.petinsurance.com during the Promotion Period and complete a quote on pet insurance for one of your own pets who isn’t currently insured by Nationwide, or one that you’d like to get in the future.

Bonus Entry: After completing one of the above five options, you can also complete an additional entry during the Promotion Period by visiting petinsurance.com/referral and sending the 40th Anniversary e-card to a friend. You must provide your email address and a valid friend’s email address to be eligible to enter.

Alternate Method: You may enter by filling out an online entry form found at www.petinsurance.com/alternateentry. You must provide a valid email address and state of residency. No purchase necessary.

Winner Selection

One Potential winner will be selected on or about, June 2, 2022, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.
