Limit: The entrant must be at least 18 year or older to enter in the sweepstakes. One entry per person with a valid email address per day is allowed to enter during the promotion period.

To enter in the sweepstakes, visit www.zillow.com and register with all the information such as email address, phone number, etc. If you already have account then you can directly sign in to your Zillow account. You will receive 10 entries into the Grand Prize Drawing when you register and complete the Zillow Home Style Quiz.

Now, click on the link you get on the sweepstakes dashboard that will display their results to the Quiz and also provide links to additional entry methods. The methods to receive an additional entry are as follows:

Trivia of the Week: There will be ten “Instant-Win Trivia Periods” as describe in the sweepstakes official rule page. Click on the “Play Trivia Now” and answer a trivia question receive two additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing in a week. So you can acquire maximum total of twenty entries under this “Trivia of the Week”.

Save a Favorite Home: Click on the Save This Home” tab for any home listed on the Zillow website an you will receive additional five entries into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Save a Search: Set up parameters for searching for properties and then click on the “Save Search” tab and you will receive additional five entries.

Like Zillow on Facebook: Like Zillow’s Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Zillow during sweepstakes period and you will receive three additional entries.

Refer a Friend and Share on Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant will receive two additional entries either by inviting other people to participate by posting link or by sharing their Quiz results or information about sweepstakes on Facebook.

Follow Zillow on twitter: During sweepstakes period, Entrants will receive an additional three entries by clicking the button “Follow Zillow on Twitter. The Entrant must then sign in to their Twitter account and follow @Zillow, you can create twitter account free if you don’t have.

Tweet about sweepstakes: The entrant will receive two additional entries either by sharing about sweepstakes that includes the hashtag #HomeDesignSweeps by clicking “Share on Twitter button” or by sharing their Quiz results or general information about the Sweepstakes on Twitter.

Alternative Method of Entry: Instead of completing the above tasks (excluding Trivia of the Week), an entrant mat receive twenty additional entries by hand-writing his/her name, valid e-mail address associated with the Entrant’s Zillow account, street address, phone numbers, etc. on a 3½”x5” card and mail it to Zillow Home Design Sweepstakes Grand Prize Drawing, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 before June 2, 2014.

Grand Prize: There will be one Grand Prize Winner who will receive a check of $10,000.

Weekly Instant-Win Game Prizes: The 301 Instant Win Game winners will a Lowe’s® e-gift card having total ARV $7,525.

The approximate retail value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($17,525).
