Limit: One entry per person per email address per week during promotion period. Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Visit Yelp.com/Getawayguide, follow the instructions, and complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, email address, and phone number, then submit it during promotion period to get one entry into the sweepstakes.

One Grand prize winner and six Weekly prize winners will be selected in separate random drawings from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winners will need to sign and send an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five days of notification. If winner fails to send it, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from all remaining entries.
