Old Wisconsin Sweepstakes Winners Determination:

All potential winners will be selected via random drawing on or about April 12, 2021, from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. After the random drawing, all winners will receive a winning notification via e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. They have to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and any other requested documents within five days after getting the notification to claim the prize.

One grand prize winner will receive $10000 cash.

Ten first prize winners will each receive $1000 cash.

Ten Second prize winners will each receive $500 cash.

Ten Third prize winners will each receive $200 cash.
