• With Purchase: After completing any transaction (including a purchase or return) at a participating VANS retail store or VANS Outlet retail store** (i.e., a physical store location), the customer will receive an invitation to participate in a survey. This invitation will be printed on the VANS store receipt. The customer must log on to the URL provided on the receipt and complete the Survey within 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction. After completing the survey, you have to enter the requested registration information and click the submit button to receive one entry.
• Without purchase: If have not made it through vans, then don’t be sad because you have also an opportunity to enter the survey. You just need to visit survey.foreseeresults.com/vans_ss and follow on-screen instructions to get an entry into the sweepstakes.
