How to enter:

There are three ways to get entry in to the sweepstakes:

Receipt invites: in order to submit survey, first make a purchase through participating General Nutrition Centers (“GNC”) retail store or online at www.GNC.com and provide the all requested information from your receipt and response all survey questions. After the submission of survey, you have to complete the official entry form in its entirely to get entry in to the sweepstakes.

Survey without receipt:

To access the survey without making purchase, just send keyword “TELLGNC” to short code “444999”. And then complete mobile survey via text message and grab a chance to enter the sweepstakes.

QR Code Entry: It is located on the Point of Sale material, scan the QR code using your web-enabled mobile device to be taken to the survey page. After that, follow instruction to answer any required guest satisfaction survey questions. Upon completion of the survey, you will get one entry in to the sweepstakes.

AMOE (Alternate Means of Entry): in order to enter without making purchase or completing survey, just write down your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to : General Nutrition Centers Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437 (“Mail-In Entry”).

Random drawing will be held after each entry on specified date.
