All those who have reached the age of majority in their province are eligibile to take part in the Empathica Inc. Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes.

There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) By completing a survey

To enter via this method, you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor by being given a survey response card at a participating location of the client, by getting an invitation on a cash register receipt at a participating location of the client or by receiving an email based invitation from a client.

Now to complete the survey, visit the URL provided on your Invitation (www.tell-twoforone.co.uk or www.tell-twoforone.com), enter the receipt/certificate identifier found on your Invitation and then complete all the required survey questions. To complete a telephone survey, call the toll free number mentioned on the invitation and respond to the recorded prompts. And to complete an SMS survey, text your answers to the phone number provided in the Invitation instructions.

2) You can also enter for the Instant Sweepstakes via Sponsor's GoRecommend application. For this, you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor, either directly or at the end of the client's survey during the relevant Daily Sweepstakes Period.

3) By mail

To enter without completing a survey, write the following sentence “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize” along with your first name, last name, home telephone number, full mailing address, email address, and the name of a participating client and mail it to:

For each survey you complete and for each mail-in entry, you’ll receive ten entries to the draw.

The Prizes:
