After that, visit www.macys.com/katespadesweeps and follow online instruction to submit official entry form with all mandatory details like name, address, email address, date of birth, and phone number.
Mail-in:

You are also able to get entry without creating a registry. For it, you have to mail a 3”x5” piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth to Macy’s Kate Spade New York Sweepstakes, c/o Macy’s Wedding Registry, 11 Penn Plaza, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10001.


One grand prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about February 15, 2016.
