Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 5 out of 5 ) Lee Wrangler is inviting its loyal customers to provide their candid feedback: whether good or bad in the Survey. Your feedback helps the company to improve and provide you the best possible shopping experience every time you visit. For completing the survey, you will get a chance to win a $1,000 Daily prize or a $500 weekly prize.

Limit: All entrants must be reached at the age of majority in their province at the time of entry. You can complete a maximum of one survey or mail-in entry per day and one entry through the Sponsor's GoRecommend application per day.

How to Enter

Online: Visit www.leewranglerfeedback.com and enter transaction number, visit date, store number, and time of visit found on your Invitation. After that, complete the survey questions based on your shopping experience.

Telephone entry: Call the toll free number printed on the invitation and respond to the recorded prompts.

SMS Entry: Message at the toll-free number written on the invitation card to complete an SMS survey.

Application: To enter by using Sponsor's GoRecommend application, you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor, either directly or at the end of the client's survey during the relevant Daily Sweepstakes Period.

Mail: hand-printed your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (no PO Boxes accepted), email address, and the name of a participating Client along with the following sentence "Please enter me in the Empathica Daily/Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes" and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to:
