After that, Log in with your email & password and enter by one of the following ways:

Photo Upload Method: Upload a 400 x 400 pixels 2 MB photo (JPG or .PNG) that include at least one child/ward or multiple children/wards who are no older than 4 years of age and describe how you “choose gentle” for your child(ren) within 50 words.

There are two ways to receive a game play for the 3 of 9 Game: Upload a Receipt and Mail-in Method

Upload a Receipt: During the Promotion Period, buy any Johnson & Johnson Baby Qualified Products and upload the receipt photo at www.JohnsonsChooseGentle.com. Your photo may not exceed 2 MB and must be in .JPG or .PNG.

Mail-in Method: Hand print your name, address, the email address associated with your account, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “ChooseGentle, free game play request”, c/o BRAND INITIATIVE, Alta Resources, P.O. BOX 767 Neenah, WI 54956. You will receive one code to play the Receipt Upload 3 of 9 Game by email. You may play the Receipt Upload 3 of 9 Game one time each day.

How to Play the Game: Once you upload a receipt or click on a valid game play link, you will be presented with a virtual “Game Card” that includes 9 tiles. Each Game has at least 3 matching tiles of 1 of 7 prizes offered. Player must select 3 of the 9 tiles. Each tile when selected will display one potential prize. If the player selects three tiles that all identify the same prize, they will be the potential winner of the prize displayed.
