Indigo Feedback Survey Contest

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) If you love reading books and listening music, then definitely you have purchased books, music, movies, etc. from the largest book retailer in Canada. What is the opinion about Indigo’s products and services? Give your feedback and participate in the Indigo Books & Music Inc. Survey Contest and you could win one of the twelve $500 Indigo Gift Cards.

Limit: Regardless of method of entry, an entrant may only receive one entry per calendar day during the Contest Period. The entrant must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter the Contest:

Method 1: Upon completing a purchase at a participating Indigo Books & Music Inc. retail store, you will receive an invitation to participate in a survey. This invitation will be printed on the Indigo receipt. During the Contest Period, logon to the URL printed on the receipt and complete the Survey within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. You will be asked if you wish to participate in the survey after completing the survey. If you are eligible and want to participate then you must enter the requested information such as name, valid email address, city, etc. and submit the form to receive one entry into the applicable Contest Draw Period. Limit: One entry per receipt.

Method 2: To enter without making purchase and/or without completing survey, visit survey.foreseeresults.com/store/controller?id=7377985b&flow=SS and follow the same steps as outlined above in Method 1, including providing the registration information requested.

Random Drawing Dates: October 9, 2015, November 11, 2015, December 9, 2015, January 12, 2016, February 10, 2016, March 10, 2016, April 9, 2016, May 11, 2016, June 9, 2016, July 9, 2016, August 11, 2016 and September 10, 2016.

On or about the Random Drawing Dates administrator will randomly select one potential Winner from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Contest Draw Period.

(12) Prizes: One Winner from each Contest Draw Period will receive a CDN$500 Indigo Gift Card which is accepted at participating Indigo, Chapters, Coles Smithbooks, Indigospirit, The Book Company and The World’s Biggest Bookstore retail locations and online at www.indigo.ca. ARV of all available prizes in the Contest is CDN$ 6,000.
