Company’s first bookstore "Indigo Books, Music & More" was started in Burlington, Ontario on September 4, 1997. They have large varieties of books to offer most satisfied reading experience to their customers. They also have one sweet area in their bookstores namely Indigo Kids, where kids will love to read the great book collection in colorful interior. Company wants to know about their customer’s opinion about their services, for that they are inviting their every customer to participate into the Indigo Books & Music Survey Contest. Your suggestions will help the company to improve their services and quality of products. So, take part into the survey and get entry into the contest to win the $500 Indigo Gift Card.

LIMIT: Every contestant can get only one entry per calendar day during the Contest Period. Participants have to be of age 18 years or old at the time of entry into the survey.

There are two different ways to enter into the survey:

Entry method 1: Visit any participating Indigo Books & Music Inc. retail store and get an invitation to participate in a survey, which will be printed on the Indigo receipt. Now, go to the URL printed on the receipt and complete the survey within 7 days from the day you purchased from Indigo store. After the completion of survey, you will be asked that you want to enter into the contest or not? If you satisfy all the eligibility criteria, then enter into the contest by providing your details like first and last name, valid e-mail address, complete street mailing address, City, Province/Territory, Postal Code, telephone number and birthday. After completing the entry process of contest, you will get one entry into the applicable Contest Draw Period. Limit of entry is one entry per receipt.

Entry method 2: If you do not want to purchase anything form the Indigo store and still wish to complete the survey, then browse www.indigofeedback.com (survey.foreseeresults.com/store/controller?id=7377985b&locale=en&flow=SS) and complete the survey and same as above entry method, you will be asked to participate into the contest. By satisfying all the eligibility criteria give your personal details.At the end of entry procedure you will get one entry into your account.

One potential winner will be selected randomly by administrator among all entries acknowledged throughout the applicable Contest Draw Period.
