One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about February 17, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries during promotion period. Winner will be informed on or about February 20, 2012 by phone/e-mail/express mail.

Grand prize winner will receive either $50,000 Kitchen Makeover or $40,000 Kitchen Makeover and $10,000 cash (ARV: $50,000). $50,000 Kitchen Makeover includes $25,000 worth of kitchen products from Lowe's, and $25,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz. $40,000 Kitchen Makeover and $10,000 cash includes $20,000 worth of kitchen products from Lowe's, and $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz.
