Buy any Goya product and find out UPC code from the package and then visit www.goya.com/procheftips and follow on-screen instructions to submit UPC code along with official registration form.

Mail-in: in order to enter without making purchase, just send your hand-written personal details like name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth to GOYA Real-Life Chefs Sweepstakes, PO Box 272, Rowayton, CT 06853.

(ii) A prep list of ingredients provided to Runner-Up Prize Winner by CIA prior to lesson; and
