You can give your feedback to help Novus Leisure improve what they do, and you could win £1,000 cash.

Limit: Entrants can enter one time per day by completing the survey or mail-in entry, and through the Sponsor's GoRecommend application.

You can complete the survey by three ways:

Online Entry: To enter by completing a survey, visit the website/URL provided on your Invitation, or directly visit www.didwedeliver.co.uk. Enter the store number found on your Invitation and follow the further steps to complete the required information and survey questions.

Telephone Entry: To enter by completing a telephone survey, call the toll free number on the invitation and respond to the recorded prompts.

SMS Entry: To complete an SMS survey, text your response to the telephone number provided in the Invitation instructions.

Mail-in entry: To enter without completing survey, hand-write your first name, last name, phone number, full address, email address, and the name of a participating Client with the following sentence "Please enter me in the Empathica Daily/Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win one Daily Prize/ great prizes" on a sheet of paper and mail it to:
