• Open to legal residents of Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.
• Only one entry per person per day is allowed
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants may only win one prize per survey period.
• Each participant must provide a DD’s Discount store receipt to enter.
• Participants are required to have basic proficiency in either English or Spanish.
• A mobile device, tablet, or computer with internet access is necessary for participation.
• A valid email address is required for prize notification and communication.
• All prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges associated with the prize.

• Select the date and time of your visit.
• You will be prompted to rate DD’s Discount customer service during your recent visit.
• Provide a rating for your overall satisfaction with your experience at DD’s Discount.
• Rate different aspects of the store, including "store appearance," "variety of services," and "staff friendliness," among others.
• Answer all survey questions truthfully.
• At the end of the survey, provide your name, email address, and phone number.
• Submit the completed survey to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win $100 or $500 gift cards.
