Copps Customer Survey Monthly Sweepstakes

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 5 out of 5 ) Copps is inviting its customers to provide their candid feedback, no matter good or bad. Your genuine feedback regarding your most recent shopping experience helps the company to improve its product and services. If you have recently shopped at Copps, then complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey to enter the monthly drawing sweepstakes to win $100 or $5000 worth of Kroger gift cards.

Limit: Participants above 18 years of age can enter the survey and sweepstakes. Participants can enter as many times as they want.

There are two ways to enter: online or by mail.

Online: Visit www.coppsexperience.com and enter the date, time & entry ID printed on cash register receipts distributed at participating grocery retailers. Then, answer several questions regarding your most recent experience at the store and provide your name, address, telephone number & the survey code printed on the receipt.

Mail: Handprint your name, address, and telephone number on a postcard and mail to: The SMG Kroger Survey Sweepstakes, PO Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325

Winners will be determined via random drawings. One random drawing will be conducted on or about the 10th day of every month.
