With purchase: Make a purchase of a Cassano’s XL Deluxe Pizza at regular menu price from any participating Cassano’s Pizza retail location. After that, provide your personal details like full name, mailing address, and phone number for call-in orders or in-store orders.

Without purchase:

Just write down “Cassano’s Pizza 65th Anniversary” Sweepstakes, their full name, mailing address, and phone number on 3”x 5” card and mail it in business-size envelope to: Cassano’s Pizza “65th Anniversary” Sweepstakes, PO Box 962, Macedon, NY 14502.
