Just download free CareCredit mobile application and logging into their CareCredit credit card account. After that, follow below ways to get entry in to the promotion.

1) Get one entry by scheduling a payment on your Account through the CareCredit app

2) You will get one entry by enabling and maintaining push notifications, specifically "Update, Offer, and Promotions" during the Sweepstakes Period.

3) Get one entry by making a qualified transaction to a provider in the CareCredit network toward an unpaid health care bill by submitting through the Pay My Provider ("PMP") platform option in the App.

4) In order to get one entry without downloading the CareCredit app in order to schedule or make a payment or enable push notifications, just write down your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address and date of birth on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper and mail it to Happy. 5) Moreover, entrant can earn one entry in to the applicable weekly drawing by completing the challenge via the CareCredit app. The Weekly Challenges are as follows:
