During the promotion period, visit www.BlueMoonTreeFarm.com and enter your date of birth and zip code to access the entry form. After that, fill out the entry form with all the requested details and submit your entry.

Winner Selection:

The total Entry period is divided into four separate entry periods. Per entry period, up to 29 to 30 first prize winners will be selected randomly on or about the following drawing dates: 5/10/21, 5/17/21, 5/24/21, and 6/1/21.

All 10 potential grand prize winners will be selected randomly on or about June 1, 2021.

Prizes:

10 grand prize winners will each receive $500 cash or gift card as per their choice.
