The lucky winner will receive a trip to Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014. So, what are you waiting for? Enter the sweepstakes for your chance to win this prize!

Limit: There is a limit of one entry person or email address per day. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

1) To enter, visit the website - www.smartsource.com. Complete and submit the form by providing all the necessary details.

2) You can participate in the sweepstakes by hand printing your name, address, daytime telephone number and area code on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it to: SmartSource Savings Spectacular Super Bowl XLVIII Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3431, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-3431.

The winner will be randomly selected on or about March 15, 2013. The potential winner will be notified by email or U.S. Mail.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014. The prize package consists of round trip coach air transportation, four nights’ hotel accommodations and two tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII in Northern New Jersey in 2014. (ARV: $4,500)
