Then fill up all required details in online official sweepstakes form as instructed. At the completion and submission of the entry form, you will automatically get entry into the sweepstakes.

b) In-store Entry: You can also grab your chance into the sweepstake by visiting a participating Auto Service Plus and/or Auto-Plus retail location throughout the promotion period. While you visit the Service Plus and/or Auto-Plus retail location, you will have to complete the available in-store entry form and deposit it into the in-store entry box. In this entry way, your entry is accepted until September 4th, 2012.

c) Mail-In: Without internet or a visit at Service Plus and/or Auto-Plus retail location, you can get entered into the sweepstakes. All you have to just hand write your entry on a 3 x 5 inch plain piece of paper with your full name, age, address, daytime telephone number, and email address and mail it in an envelope with first-class postage by September 4th, 2012 to: UNI-SELECT® USA, c/o Marketing Department, Ravine 3, Suite 400, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

On or about September 17th, 2012, the winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the sweepstake period.

As grand prize, one lucky winner will be sent on 3-day and 2-night trip to the 2012 Auto-Plus® NHRA Nationals in Reading, PA (ARV: $2,500) with one guest.
