With this method, after completing the entry process Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her ticket number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered.
• Place a toll-free call to 866-600-0646 with a donation, indicating which drawing Entrant wishes to enter. The minimum donation using this method is $25. With this method, after completing the entry process, the Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her ticket number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered.
• Mail in the official mail-in entry form with the donation indicating which drawing the Entrant wishes to enter to P.O. Box 10436, Des Moines, IA, 50306-0436. With this method, after completing the entry process, the Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her ticket number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered.

• Free Entry Method - To receive an entry code without donating, mail one self-addressed postage-paid envelope to NBCH P.O. Box 1388 Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-1388 (except Vermont residents are not required to affix return postage). One entry code will be returned in the envelope provided to each mail-in request that complies with these requirements. The Grand Prize winner will receive a 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and one 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning, plus $41,000 to be applied toward the winner's IRS withholding requirement for federal income taxes (ARV: $194,971).

If the winner selects the cash option, he or she will receive a check for $75.000.00 Additionally a withholding payment in the amount of $25,000 will also be applied to the winner’s IRS withholding.
