In second way, visit kmart.promo.eprize.com/kmartubk, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as email address, name, address, city, state, zip code, age, gender, and phone number, then submit it during promotion period to receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

Winners will be selected on or around May 24, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winners will be informed by email, text message, phone, or mail.
