After that, visit WerthersOriginalSweepstakes.com and follow on-screen instructions to complete and submit an entry form with your first name, last name, valid e-mail address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth. Select “Kroger,” “CVS” or “Dollar General” from the drop down menu and then upload a photograph of the original receipt to earn one entry into the sweepstakes.

Mail-in:

In order to earn entry without making a purchase, just send your personal details including your complete name, valid e-mail address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth, and include the name of one of the three retailers (i.e., Kroger, CVS or Dollar General) on a 3½"x5" card and mail it to Werther’s Original Spring Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.
