Promotion code is required to enter the sweepstakes. You can get the code by two ways such as by making purchase, and without purchasing. In first way, make your visit at participating Walgreens stores, and buy three single packs of Extra Gum (only 15-stick packs).

In second way, visit Walgreens.extragum.com, request a Free Code during the Promotion Period, and follow the instructions to receive code.

After getting code, visit Walgreens.extragum.com, enter the code, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address, then submit it during promotion period.

Twenty Five Grand prize winners will be selected on or about April 18, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winners will be informed by mail.

Each grand prize winners will receive a 10-year subscription to his or her choice of SHAPE or Men’s Fitness Magazine; and a $1,000 Walgreens gift card (ARV: $1,230). Total ARV of all prizes is $30,750.
