Limit: One entry per person per email address per day during the Promotion Period. Entrants must be 18 years old or older or reached at the age of majority in their province at the time of entry.

Participants can enter the sweepstakes by three ways such as online, by mail, and by scanning the QR code. In first way, visit www.valpak.com, click on sweepstakes link, complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, email address, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and date of birth, then submit it during promotion period.

In second way, write your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and birth date on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it to: The Valpak Make the Resolution and Win Sweepstakes, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336.

In third way, use a smart phone or web-enabled mobile phone that contains QR Code reader application to scan the QR Code displayed on the envelope. After scanning the QR Code, you will be directed to the entry page, fill up the entry form to enter the sweepstakes.

You will also get additional entries by referring a friend to the Sweepstakes or by sharing the promotion with your friends on Facebook or Twitter. You can provide up to five unique, valid email addresses of your friends after completing the registration form to get one additional entry. You can receive one additional entry into sweepstakes by either clicking on the Tweet button or by clicking on the Facebook button and following the instructions on the Share screen.

One grand prize winner will be selected on or about February 17, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Winner will be informed by phone.
