Toys R Us TRU Survey Sweepstakes

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Take the Toys “R” Us Guest Satisfaction Survey and share your recent shopping experience at Toys R Us store, give both positive and negative feedback, about the quality of the toys and customer service provided so that they can serve you better next time and you could also win $500 to spend in store. There is a lot you can do with a $500 gift card to the store, particularly during the holiday season. The main purpose of the survey is to measure the satisfaction levels of real life customers so management can know how to attract new customers and how to maintain the customers they already have.

Limit - One entry is allowed per receipt, per person in each sweepstakes period. Entrant should be reached at the age of 18 in order to be eligible to enter the survey sweeps.

Three ways available to enter, so follow whichever is most convenient for you.

Method 1: after making a purchase at a participating Toys “R” Us and Babies “R” Us retail store, the customer will receive an invitation (printed on the receipt) to take part in a survey. The customer has to log on to the URL given on the receipt and complete the survey within the time period given on the receipt. Once you complete the survey, the customer will be asked to take part in the Promotion by entering your first and last name, valid e-mail address, etc. and clicking on the ‘Submit’ button. Then, you will be entered into the sweepstakes period for the calendar month when your entry is received. Limit - one entry per receipt.

Method 2: any person who creates a Babies “R” Us Registry online will get an e-mail within 24 hours to his/her e-mail address which will have the invitation to take part in the Survey. The customer has to log on to the URL given in the e-mail and complete the Survey. Limit - one entry per registry formed.

Method 3 (alternative way of entry): if you have not made a purchase or have not registered at Babies “R” Us, just head over to https://survey.foreseeresults.com/toysrus during the promotion period and follow the steps to get an entry.

Prizes awarded:

(5 per sweepstakes period): In each sweepstakes period, five winners will each receive a $500 gift card from the store brand for which the winner completed a survey. The total ARV of all offered prizes in each Sweepstakes Period is $2,500.
