Enter the 12 digit Survey Code that is printed on the Aldi store receipt to access the entry form.
Answer some general questions regarding your experience and click the “Next” button.
Now, rate the overall customer service and staff.
Once you have finished the survey, submit your contact information like email address, first & last name, and phone number to be entered into the promotion.
