Online Purchase: Use your TJX Rewards credit card to make a purchase at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or Sierra. At checkout, you must use your TJX Rewards credit card to receive one Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Monthly Entry Period drawing.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required): Handprint your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: “LUCKY 25 Monthly Member 2025 Sweeps,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Dept. 840223, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, U.S.A. Clearly write the Monthly Entry Period on the outside of the envelope (e.g., “Monthly Entry Period 1”). If no Monthly Entry Period is specified, the entry will be void.
