Handprint your name, complete residential address, phone number, date of birth and valid e-mail address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: “Sunkist Fruit Snacks Sunshine, c/o P.O. Box 3009 M.I.P., Markham, ON L3R 6G4”. You will receive 5 Ballot Entries for Each Free Mail-In Request.
