• Active duty service member with 90 continuous days of service.
• Veteran meeting length-of-service requirements (90 days in wartime, 181 days in peacetime).
• Completed 90 days of active duty or six years in the Selected Reserve or National Guard.

If the winner does not have a mortgage or rent at the time of winning or if the winner’s mortgage or rent payments are less than $25,000 annualized, the winner will receive $25,000.
