To receive an entry in the sweepstakes, you may enter in the sweepstakes any of two following ways:

a) Online: Visit www.shopwithchevy.com and fill out the official entry form as directed. Afterward submit it during the sweepstakes to receive an entry in the sweepstakes.

b) Onsite: Visit Chevrolet Display at any participating Mall locations to collect an official entry form while supplies last. Then fill out it entirely and deposit it in the available entry box.

A random drawing will be held on January 12, 2012 to choose one winner from all received valid entries during the sweepstakes period.
