There are three ways to enter:

Internet Entry: During the Participation Period, Go to Schnucks.pleaserateus.com and follow the online instructions to enter the unique ID exactly as it appears on the cash register receipt. When you properly enter the unique ID, follow the instructions to access the online survey. Each unique ID can only be used once. Upon completion of the survey, you will be required to enter your last name, first name and phone number. Once completion of all the process by the online instructions, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for the Month in which you have completed and submitted the above.

Mail-In Entry: Hand print your complete name, address, daytime phone, email, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail your entry in a first class stamped envelope to Alliance/Schnucks Sweepstakes Entry, 620 Park Ave. #332, Rochester, NY 14607.
