Limit: Two entries per person per email address during the Promotion Period. Participants must be reached at the age of majority in their province at the time of entry.

You can enter the sweepstakes by three ways such as online, by phone, and mail-in card. In first way, visit www.samsclub.com/backyardsweeps, complete the sweepstakes registration form by providing required information such as name, email address, phone number, address, city, state, zip code, and date of birth, then submit it during promotion period. After submission of it, you will receive one sweepstakes entry. You will get one additional entry by clicking the “opt-in” box to get future Sam’s Club SMS notifications.

In second way, visit www.samsclub.com/backyardsweeps with the use of your mobile phone and complete the aforementioned Sweepstakes registration form during entry period.

In third way, write your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it before May 31, 2012 to: Sam’s Club Outdoor Living Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610.

Grand prize winner will be selected on or about June 10, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be contacted by telephone and/or by email.
