N-Store/Online Method Of Entry: Purchase any participating product at a participating Safeway, Pak N Save, or Vons store as listed in the Rules, and earn grand slam reward point(s) for every participating UPC. At checkout, you will receive a printout with your register receipt containing an Entry Code. Look for tags in-store identifying the participating products. Limit: 5 Codes per person, per transaction, or 5 earned Purchase Point(s) per transaction. Then, visit safewaygrandslam.com and follow the instructions to complete the online registration form to create an account. Enter your code(s) to submit your entry. Each Point earned equals 1 entry into the Sweeps Promotion.
Via Mail/No Purchase Necessary: Handprint your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), phone number, valid email address, and the primary store you shop at on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper.
