How to Enter Purina For Life Sweepstakes

The Sweepstakes consists of 8 Weekly Entry Periods as well as one Grand Prize Entry Period equal to the Promotion Period, as set below:

Register: Visit purinaforlife.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form including providing your first name, last name, zip code, and email address. Select whether you would like to be entered for the cat or the dog prize. Select whether you would like to be entered for the cat or the dog prize for all of the Weekly Entry Period drawing(s). You will be required to provide the name, breed size (puppy only), and birthdate of your puppy or kitten.

(A) Purchase a “Qualified Product” & Upload Receipt:

• Make an in-store or online purchase of participating products (Visit the Official Rules Page for the Qualifying Products).
• Take an image of your entire purchase transaction receipt. The receipt image must be clear and legible, and display all of the following: the retailer name, the purchase date and time, the Qualifying Product, the price of the Qualifying Product, and the total amount spent. The qualifying Receipt image must not be larger than 5MB and may only be one of the following file types: .gif, .png, .jpg, or .pdf.
• Follow the links and instructions to upload your receipt image. Each receipt can only be uploaded once. For each Qualified Purchase included in your receipt, you will receive 1 Weekly entry for the Prize Type you have selected and 1 Grand Prize entry.
