How to Enter Pure Life Share-A-Scare Sweepstakes

There are 2 ways to enter:

• Make a Qualifying Purchase: Purchase any Pure Life® water product. Be sure to keep your receipt(s). Take an image of the entire receipt(s). The receipt image(s) must be clear and legible, include the retailer (if applicable), purchase date and time, and show the Qualifying Purchase, the Qualifying Purchase price, and the total amount spent. Then, visit purelifeshareascare.com and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. On your first visit, by registering for the Sweepstakes, you will receive 1 Sweepstakes entry. Then, click/tap on the “Upload” button, and where prompted, follow the instructions to upload an image of your receipt. Each receipt can only be uploaded once. Once your receipt image is validated, you will receive 1 Sweepstakes entry.
• Mail-in Alternate Method: Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Pure Life® Share-A-Scare Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5022, Department 854588, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5022. You will receive 1 Sweepstakes entry. Limit: 1 entry per stamped, outer envelope.
