How to Enter

Visit Planetsmoothie.com/KidzBop and submit the online registration form, which includes your name, address, date of birth, and email address, or by mail as described below. You will also be given the option to join the Planet Smoothie eClub, see planetsmoothie.com/eclub/. All Entries must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

To receive 1 entry without signing up for Planet Smoothie’s eClub, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date of birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Kahala Management, LLC – Kidz Bop Planet Smoothie Giveaway, 9311 E.
