This Halloween season "get away" from thrillers by winning 1 of 5 spooktacular prizes: a 2018 Ford Mustang, 2018 recreational vehicle, a boatercycle from the Purple Lagoon as well as a Trip to Hamilton and San Diego. So, be hurry and enter into the Planet Fitness Get the Killer Deal Sweepstakes for your chance to win.

Limit: You must be at least 18 years as of date of entry. You can enter only once throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of Entry.

How to Enter:

You can enter the sweepstakes via two ways:

Planet Fitness Location: Visit a participating Planet Fitness location and open a Planet Fitness membership account by providing your complete name, mailing address, date of birth, and telephone number. You will receive a unique Planet Fitness Member identification number (“Member ID”) and one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Email: send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, plus daytime and evening telephone numbers, and a statement that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
