After entering your state of residence, a list of available Proud Partners for your state will appear. You can select up to five Proud Partners to receive one entry into each of their drawings and one entry into the National drawing.

Email [email protected] with the following details: first and last name, mailing address, month and year of birth, the proud partner drawings you'd like to enter (choose up to five from the list in Appendix A for your state). You'll receive one entry into each Proud Partner’s drawing you select and one entry into the National drawing.
