Limit: During the Promotion Period, one person can make only one entry per day regardless of method of entry. At least age of 13 is required to get entry in this Sweepstakes. The promotion period of Sweepstakes consists of 17 distinct entry periods.

There are 2 ways to get entry in this Sweepstakes.

1) By Online Purchase of a Papa John's Order: To get entry via this method, go on the site www.papajohns.com during any Entry Period of the Promotion Period. Then follow the instructions and links to place your order for any of Papa John's beverage or food item, any size, any type, for either delivery or pick-up and then pay for your order. When you submit your first order of a day, it will be "time-stamped" and you will get a direct entry for the Sweepstakes.

2) Online Entry without any purchase: If you want to participate without purchasing an order, then go on the site http://papajohns.promo.eprize.com/46secondgiveaway during any Entry Period of the Promotion Period. Then follow the directions and links to fill and submit the online registration form which includes home mailing address and a valid email address. When you successfully submit your registration form, it will be "time-stamped" and you will get an entry for the Sweepstakes.

Drawings will be held by independent judging organization whose decisions will be final. The potential winning will occur at every 46 seconds, after the beginning of each Entry Period at 10:00 am ET up to the end of it at 10:00 pm ET.

Up to 15,963 Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, so there are up to 939 Grand Prizes per each entry period.
