There is a limit of one call-in entry per person.

In second way, write name, address, telephone number, and date of birth in the direct mail piece or an official entry form available at selected retail locations and answer five survey questions, and then send it to the indicated address. There is a limit of one mail-in entry per person.

In third way, visit www.newport-pleasure.com, verify that you are a smoker and 21 years of age or older and then enter date of birth and the type of cigarette. Complete the registration form by providing required information such as first name, last name, middle initial, address, zip code, city, state, phone number, email address, gender, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, driver license number, and driver license state.
