Limit: Total entry period is divided in 6 bi-monthly Period, so that all eligible entrant can get one entry per person, per email address during each bi-monthly Period. As well, they must be reached at the age of majority in their province.

How to enter:

Online: If you have washed your car at a participating Mister Car Wash location, then you will be invited to take a part in an online survey at mrcarwash.survey.marketforce.com. After that, complete the survey with loyal feedback. Upon completion of survey, you have to complete registration form with all required to get entry in to the sweepstakes drawing.

Mail-in:

If you don’t purchase car wash from Mister Car Wash, then don’t be sad because you can also enter the sweepstakes by mailing your hand written name, date of birth, address (including zip code), telephone number and e-mail address to: MCW Survey Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610.

All potential winners will be selected randomly on or about the 5th day of each following month.
