How to Enter Modelo Unlockzie Sweepstakes

There are two ways to enter:

1. Online With A Modelo Unlockzie Beverage Can Holder (“UNLOCKZIE”): Visit ModeloUnlockzie.com using your web-enabled mobile device, and follow the instructions to indicate that you have an Unlockzie. Then, insert a 12 oz. can of Modelo into your Unlockzie so the Modelo Seal is visible through the hole. Continue to follow instructions to activate your Device’s camera and scan the completed image of a Modelo can on the front of the Unlockzie, to access the entry form. Complete and submit the entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: 1 Entry per email address per Weekly Entry Period.
2. Via Mail: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, handprint your full name, street address, city, state, zip, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime telephone number, and valid email address (collectively “Mailed Entry” or “Entry”). You must also include your signature on your Entry to certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed envelope via first-class mail to: Modelo Unlockzie Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7706, Melville, NY 11775-7706, to receive 1 Entry into the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize also includes an additional $2,800 check for the winner to help offset his/her tax liability.
