There are two ways to enter into the Sweepstakes:

Obtain a Code with Purchase and Enter:

During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially marked Malibu Rum (any flavor) products to obtain a code. Then visit www.malibubestsummerever.com (“the Malibu website”), and follow the given instructions to complete and submit an online entry form including all mandatory details to receive one entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period, one entry in the applicable First Prize Entry Period and one entry into the applicable Grand Prize Entry Period.

Mail-In Entry without making a Purchase:

on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your first and last name, email address, daytime phone number (including area code), and date of birth, and mail in a properly stamped #10 envelope to:

Code will be sent to the email address provided within one to two business days from date of request receipt. Then visit www.malibubestsummerever.com (“the Malibu website”), and follow the given instructions to complete and submit an online entry form including all mandatory details to receive one entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period, one entry in the applicable First Prize Entry Period and one entry into the applicable Grand Prize Entry Period.

Random Drawing: On or about May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, August 21, August 28, and September 8, 2015.

(10) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive access to a sponsored media partner musical event nearest to the winner’s permanent residence for winner and one guest, plus $1,500 spending money to help towards travel. Event includes activities such as musical performances, food and summer games. Venue location choice will be determined by Sponsor. Travel is not included in this prize and will be each winner’s sole responsibility. ARV: $1,800 each. OR winner may elect to receive a cash alternative (awarded in the form of a check) in the amount of $1,500 in lieu of the prize.

(5) First Prizes: Each winner will receive 2 tickets to a local festival and/or concert venue nearest winner’s residence plus $1,000 spending money to help towards travel. Ticket venue/event choice(s) will be determined by Sponsor. ARV ranges between: $1,200 - $1,450 each. OR winner may elect to receive a cash alternative (awarded in the form of a check) in the amount of $1,000 in lieu of the prize.

(17) Weekly Prizes (One per Week): Winners will receive one of the following prize packages: A “Pool Kit” consisting of a blender, pop-up cooler, folding chair, towel tote and 2 Malibu branded wearable’s (sizes at sole discretion of Sponsor) or Beach Kit consisting of a yard game, folding chair, 1 pair of headphones, towel tote and 2 Malibu branded wearable’s (sizes at the sole discretion of Sponsor). ARV: $240 each
