This sweepstake is legal to entrants who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Also, it is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. There is a limit of 1 Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period.

Each Grand Prize consists of:

4 First Place Prize

Each first prize consists of:

• 1 VIP Festival Rock Flight®, which includes 2 multi-day VIP tickets to a 2022 or 2023 Live Nation;
