You will get better services on your next visit by completing the survey. As you complete the survey, you will get an entry into the sweepstakes to get a chance to win $2,500 Kum & Go Stored Value Gift Card.

Limit: One entry per person per email address per day during the promotion period. Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

You can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such by completing the survey online, and by mail. In first way, visit at the website www.kumandgo.com/survey, complete the registration form by providing required information and follow the instructions to complete the survey. Enter 12-digit code that is printed on your Kum & Go receipt to start the survey. Answer the survey questions as per your recent experience at its Kum & Go store to complete the survey during the promotion period to get an entry into the sweepstakes.

In second way, write your name, address, telephone number, email address, and your 12 digit code that is printed on your Kum & Go receipt on a piece of paper, and send it by mail to Kum & Go Customer Survey Sweepstakes, Attention: BYS, 6400 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. You can get a Code through mail by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kum & Go Customer Survey Sweepstakes, Attention: BYS, 6400 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266.

Grand prize winner will be selected on or around the first week after the promotion period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be informed by mail within thirty days of the drawing and will need to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release within 14 days of drawing.

Grand prize winner will receive $2,500 Kum & Go Stored Value Gift Card.
